Refunds and Cancellations

At Crown Point Cleaning, we value your time and strive to deliver the highest quality service with every visit. To ensure clarity and fairness for both our clients and our team, we have outlined our Refund & Cancellation Policy below.


1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice Required – Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations – Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • No-Shows – If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property, a lockout fee or full service charge may apply.

  • Rescheduling – You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.


2. Refunds

  • Service Satisfaction Guarantee – All services are backed by our Get It Right Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

  • Refund Eligibility – Refunds are not typically offered for completed services. Instead, we will re-clean the affected areas to meet your expectations.

  • Deposits – Any deposits collected for large-scale or specialty services (e.g., post-construction, event cleaning) are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled service.


3. Delays & Access Issues

  • If our team is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.), we will notify you promptly.

  • If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time due to locked doors, security restrictions, or lack of entry instructions, a lockout fee may be charged.


4. Service Limitations

  • We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe (hazardous waste, infestations, etc.) or if access is not provided.

  • Refunds will not be issued for areas or tasks not included in the original booking.


5. Policy Updates

Crown Point Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
