Service Agreement

Effective Date: 8/1/25

By booking a cleaning service with Crown Point Cleaning, you agree to the following Service Agreement. This ensures clear expectations and a smooth experience for both our clients and our team.


1. Scope of Services

  • Services provided will match the description selected at the time of booking (standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out, commercial, etc.).
  • Additional services (e.g., carpet cleaning, inside appliances, windows) must be requested in advance or may incur extra charges.

2. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If cleaners are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

3. Quality Guarantee

  • All services are backed by our Get It Right Guarantee. If any area was missed, clients must notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed services; re-cleaning is the sole remedy.

4. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to decline service in areas that pose health or safety risks (e.g., hazardous waste, infestations).
  • Clients must notify us of any special conditions (allergies, sensitivities, or fragile items).

5. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • All payments are processed securely through our booking system (Stripe/Square).

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations may result in a fee (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

7. Liability

  • Crown Point Cleaning is insured and bonded.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured valuables. Clients are encouraged to secure fragile or irreplaceable items before service.

8. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with Crown Point Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement, as well as our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
