Welcome to Crown Point Cleaning. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Crown Point Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to office cleaning, recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized services. Services are provided based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on the size, type, and condition of the property. Final quotes may vary if conditions differ from the information provided at booking.
All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept card payments through our booking system. No cash or checks.
4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
If cleaners are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
For recurring services, clients may provide keys, lock codes, or other secure entry methods.
5. Health & Safety
Our team reserves the right to decline cleaning in areas that pose health or safety risks (e.g., hazardous waste, mold, infestations).
We use professional-grade cleaning supplies. Eco-friendly options are available upon request.
Clients must notify us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements.
6. Quality Guarantee
All services are backed by our Get It Right Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
The guarantee does not cover areas not included in the original booking.
7. Liability
Crown Point Cleaning is fully insured and bonded.
We are not responsible for items left unsecured, valuable items not disclosed, or pre-existing damage.
Clients are encouraged to secure fragile or irreplaceable items before service.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Services canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds are not provided for services already performed, but we will make every effort to resolve concerns under our Get It Right Guarantee.
9. Changes to Terms
Crown Point Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
