We are seeking an Apparel Graphic Designer to support the Trend and Design teams throughout the creative process and garment development. This role bridges creative vision with development, ensuring that graphic and printed products align with brand standards and achieve the desired look and feel. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day support to the Trend team across research, including graphic design direction, print development, and monthly trend storytelling around silhouettes, colors, fabrics, prints, and graphics. Research and develop on-brand print and graphic concepts, including slogans, placement graphics, vintage references, and trend-driven visuals. Translate trend insights into clear, production-ready graphic ideas, ensuring alignment with the overall design vision and brand identity. Help communicate print and graphic direction to cross-functional teams and support the development timeline from concept through final artwork. Support day-to-day design operations, including updating and maintaining design boards. Organize graphic and design assets and ensure alignment across teams and designers. Research and analyze global fashion trends, street style, social media, and youth culture, translating insights into relevant graphic directions. Stay up to date on emerging trends, viral moments, and new brands, bringing fresh ideas to the team consistently. Assist in the organization and preparation of seasonal samples and photoshoot samples, ensuring graphics are correctly executed. Collaborate with external vendors or factories when needed to ensure graphic quality and accuracy in production. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, Fashion Design, Trend Forecasting, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, apparel, or a fast-paced retail environment. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, youth culture, and the digital fashion landscape. Demonstrated eye for trend, color, typography, print, and graphic placement. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across design, trend, and production teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in executing and reviewing graphic work.
